Beauty of the Nature
50 W × 50 H × 5 D cm

With this piece, I wanted to capture the sky not as a gas, but as a solid, burning weight. There is a specific moment at sunset where the clouds seem to catch fire against the cooling earth, and I felt that a flat application of color simply wouldn't do justice to that energy. I moved the paint across the canvas with a sense of urgency, carving out the ridges of the hills and the sweep of the path to mirror the ruggedness of the terrain.

The thick ribbons of cadmium orange and red in the center are the heart of the work—they represent that final, defiant flare of light before night takes over. I chose to keep the brushwork raw and visible because I want you to feel the physical act of the painting. To me, the landscape isn't a static image; it's a living, breathing entity of friction and light. I hope that when you look at these hills, you can feel the wind moving through the grass and the heat still radiating from the clouds
