Assistant Professor of Art History at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Capital University & El Sewedy University. Holds a PhD and an M.A. in Ancient Egyptian Art History, and earned a B.A. with Distinction in Painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Capital University.

Artistic practice includes participation in numerous solo and group exhibitions. Recipient of several prestigious awards, including the Medal Award from Capital University for Artistic Contribution (2015), Mohamed Abla’s First Prize Painting Award at the Cairo Opera House (2014), and Painting Awards from the Fine Arts Association in 2008 and 2014.
