Triptych -70 x 50 cm each-
In this triptych, The oasis is feminine, I wanted to celebrate the woman as a source of life and a guardian of culture. For me, an oasis is not just a place in the desert; it is a state of being—a sanctuary of growth and cooling presence in a harsh world.
I have woven together images of the modern woman with the patterns of the past, using papyrus and lotus motifs to suggest that our roots are always feeding our current bloom. You will notice the small whales drifting through the sky and the fabric; they represent the vast, traveling thoughts and the deep intuition we carry across borders. The central panel, with its glowing house nestled in the palms, is the heart of the work—it is the idea of 'home' as a feminine construct, protected and luminous.
By presenting this as a triptych, I am inviting the viewer to see the different facets of this identity: the veiled protector, the silent landscape of the soul, and the visionary whose gaze is fixed on the horizon. This piece is my tribute to the resilience and the lush, internal world that every woman carries within her
