The Weaving of My Homeland
350 W × 280 H × 10 D cm

In The Weaving of My Homeland, I wanted to create a space where the past isn't just remembered, but felt as a living, breathing structure. I see our heritage not as a single flat fabric, but as a series of strong, individual pillars that stand together to support our collective identity.

By transforming these traditional patterns into three-dimensional vertical forms, I wanted to give them a physical presence that commands the room. Each column represents a different story, a different tribe, or a different memory, yet when they are hung side-by-side, they form a unified wall of protection and beauty. Spanning $350\text{ cm}$ across, this work is an invitation to walk along the lines of our history and recognize that the strength of our 'homeland' lies in the intricate, colorful diversity of its weave. It is a monument to where we come from and the solid foundation we continue to build upon
