This work is a sanctuary for the heart. I chose the phrase لا تحزن إن الله معنا ('Do not be sad, indeed Allah is with us') because it is the ultimate promise of companionship during our darkest moments.

The spiderweb, woven in gold across the papyrus, is a reminder of the story of the cave—how something so fragile and delicate can become a wall of divine protection. I wanted the letter هـ (Heh), representing هو (Hu/Him), to be the soul of the painting. If you look closely, that large black form is not just a shape; it is built from thousands of tiny, handwritten prayers. It is as if the breath of the word is what sustains the vines and the flowers growing behind it. By working on such a grand scale, I wanted to create a space where the viewer feels enveloped by this message. It is a reminder that even when we feel trapped or alone, we are surrounded by a design far more beautiful and protective than we can see
