Hesham Abdallah Abdel Moati, born in October 1972, is an Egyptian sculptor and ceramic artist celebrated for his contributions to abstract expressionism. A Doctor of Philosophy in Art Education from Helwan University (2009) and a member of the Fine Artists Syndicate, Hesham has been an active participant in the art scene since the early 1990s, shaping his legacy as a pioneering force in contemporary sculpture and ceramics.

His international engagements include the Contemporary Egyptian Art Exhibitions in Athens (2004) and Beijing (2008), the Guarda International Sculpture Symposium in Portugal (2019), and the Jeddah International Sculpture Symposium in Saudi Arabia (2020). Notably, he also participated in the Live Art Show at Andristalmann Gallery, Paris (2004).
Hesham’s artistic excellence has earned him prestigious accolades, including the Third Cairo International Ceramics Biennale Prize in both 1996 and 2000. These awards underscore his mastery of ceramic art and his innovative approach to the medium.
