Arlindo Arez (born 1957) is an internationally renowned Portuguese artist based in the Algarve, Southern Portugal.
He began his career in the mid-1990s, holding his first solo exhibition at the Lagos Cultural Center in 1994. Since then, Arlindo's work has traveled the world, with exhibitions in Africa, Asia, Europe, and South and Central America.
In parallel with his artistic production, Arlindo Arez has also been dedicated to the cultural development of the Algarve, organizing a series of symposiums focused on creating public art and fostering a closer connection between communities and their artistic heritage.
