Graduating in Fine Arts from the Higher Institute of Fine Arts of Tunis in 2004, Houda AJILI is a Tunisian painter of the new generation who has combined her professional experience with specialized studies.

In 2007, Houda AJILI completed her academic curriculum with a specialized Master's degree from the Consortium of Universities of the Euro-Mediterranean Area and Southern countries in Italy, focusing on ethics as a driver of change through transcultural mediation.

Between 2008 and 2009, Houda received a scholarship from the Tunisian Ministry of Culture, which allowed her to undertake a one-year artistic residency at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris. In 2010, she earned a Master's degree in contemporary philosophy, specializing in aesthetics, from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Tunis, graduating with distinction.

Houda AJILI has extensive teaching experience in fine arts, having taught at several public and private higher education institutions in Tunisia.

She has held numerous solo and group exhibitions in Tunisia, Egypt, Morocco, Italy, and France, including participation in the prestigious Salon d'Automne in Paris in 2014.

In 2014, she was also the curator of the first International Salon d'Automne in Tunisia. In 2012, she served on the art acquisition commission of the Tunisian state. Houda AJILI has participated in several workshops and has conducted sessions with internationally renowned artists.

She actively contributes to the cultural life of her country through various associations, organizing and leading painting workshops for orphaned children. She has lived and worked in Paris since 2023.
