Mahitab Maher Mohamed Elshafie is a visual artist and design lecturer, born in 1988. She graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts in 2011, received her Master's degree in 2014, and her PhD in 2022. Her artistic interest is related to contemporary arts and eclectic art thoughts. She always cares about the idea of sustainability, recycling, and upcycling, through a mixture of different materials and styles, like collage art and assemblage. It has become essential in her artwork, in fact. So using leftover or waste materials and raising the efficiency of her artwork is bearing a lot of feelings, love,e and loyalty. Also,lso she participates in many international and local group exhibitions since 2007, presents many art workshops on contemporary arts and recycling art.
